  • Produktmerkmale

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SNAP25 antibody (Catalog #: AVARP13090_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

  • Target

    SNAP25 (Synaptosomal-Associated Protein, 25kDa (SNAP25))

    Hintergrund

Snap25 contains 2 t-SNARE coiled-coil homology domains and belongs to the SNAP-25 family. t-SNARE involved in the molecular regulation of neurotransmitter release. Snap25 may play an important role in the synaptic function of specific neuronal systems. Snap25 associates with proteins involved in vesicle docking and membrane fusion.
